When your gear leaves us, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Give us 1–2 business days to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier. A confirmation email with the tracking number goes out the moment it leaves — same timeline whether you ordered a single lantern or a full 22-piece cook set.

Tracking numbers are live as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, which can take up to 24 hours. If the link still shows nothing the next morning, that is normal — the package is moving, the scan just hasn’t caught up.
All 50 U.S. states. Orders heading to Alaska, Hawaii or a rural route sit at the long end of the estimates above, and occasionally a day beyond them.
