Running a shop means handling some of your details. This page sets out which ones, what we do with them, and how to make us stop.

What We Collect

Two kinds of information. The first you hand over yourself — name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. The second arrives on its own as you browse: the type of browser you use, the pages you open and how you got here, collected through cookies and analytics.

What We Do With It

• Get your order picked, paid for and delivered.
• Answer your questions and sort out problems.
• See which parts of the site work and which need fixing.
• Send you news and offers, but only if you asked for them.

Who Else Sees It

Your information is not for sale, and we do not trade it. It reaches our payment processor and our shipping partners because an order cannot be charged or delivered otherwise, and it reaches the authorities if the law obliges us. Nowhere else.

What You Can Ask For

A copy of what we hold, a correction to anything wrong in it, or its deletion outright. Email [email protected] and say which.

Keeping It Safe

We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards to the data we hold. We will not pretend that makes it invulnerable — nothing sent across the internet ever is.
