This helmet has a sliding vent adjuster, so the eight vents can be opened for airflow on a warm climb and closed for warmth on a cold descent without taking anything off. Air enters at the front and exits at the back, which reduces goggle fogging as a side effect. The shell is shock-resistant PC fused to EPS foam and meets safety standards, and a dial sets the fit without wobble or pressure points. Dedicated goggle clips lock a goggle strap to the shell so no gap opens at the brow. Plush padding, soft ear cups and a drawstring bag.

Vents that close

A sliding adjuster opens and closes the vents, which is the feature most helmets lack: fixed vents are a compromise between a warm lift ride and a hot climb. Eight vents draw air in at the front and exhaust at the back.

Goggle clips, not guesswork

Specially designed clips lock the goggle strap to the helmet so nothing slips and no gap opens between the two, while still maintaining ventilation between the pieces so the lens stays clear.

PC and EPS fusion

The shock-resistant PC shell fused with EPS foam meets safety standards and provides the impact protection, with the manufacturer presenting the appearance as secondary to that construction rather than instead of it.

Fit and finish

The adjustable dial tunes the helmet to a head shape without wobbles or pressure points, and plush padding, soft ear cups and a comfort-fit chin guard handle long days. A drawstring bag is included, and this listing is light grayish blue in size M.
