This is the consumable part on its own: a replacement scratching pad of 100 percent natural sisal with durable velcro backing, for the 31 inch post that is built around a swappable surface. When the sisal is worn through after heavy use, the pad comes off and this one goes on, so the wood base and the play attachments stay in service. The sisal rope is odor-free and highly wear resistant, which is why the surface lasts through vigorous daily clawing before it needs this replacement at all.

What this listing is

This is the pad alone, not a post. It is the refill for the scratching post designed with a velcro-mounted sisal surface, bought when the original is worn rather than replacing the whole unit.

Velcro mounting

The sisal is wrapped with durable velcro, so swapping the pad needs no tools and no unwrapping of rope. The same mounting makes it practical to take the pad off for cleaning and put it back.

Natural sisal properties

The surface is 100 percent natural high-quality sisal rope, odor-free and highly wear resistant, which is what lets it take sustained clawing while staying safe for the animal using it.

Why a refill matters

A post is thrown out when its surface fails even though the wood base and hardware are intact. Keeping a spare pad means the post gets a fresh scratching surface instead, and a cat keeps using the same familiar furniture.

Manufacturer specifications

【Replaceable Natural Sisal Pad】The scratching surface is made of 100% natural sisal wrapped with durable velcro. When the sisal becomes worn after heavy use, you don't need to throw away the entire post - just replace the sisal pad. Great for Refresh Scratching Post and Clean.
【ALL-IN-ONE INTERACTIVE PLAY】 This 31-inch cat scratching post pairs a full-coverage natural sisal pole with multiple entertainment features. It combines a hanging striped ball and a built-in double ball track in the base, satisfying kittens' and adult cats' instincts for swatting, chasing, and mental stimulation.
【EXTRA TALL FOR FULL STRETCH】 Standing 31 inches tall, our cat scratcher is significantly taller than standard 25-inch versions, allowing adult cats and large breeds to fully extend their bodies and stretch their muscles during use. It serves as a vertical activity center that protects your sofa and chairs from damage.
【UNMATCHED STABILITY & SAFETY】 Features a 15.7x15.7 inch thickened solid wood base with a low center of gravity. Unlike narrow 11.8-inch bases that wobble, our heavy-duty square design prevents tipping and shaking even when large cats climb or jump, providing a secure environment for multiple cats.
【PREMIUM NATURAL SISAL & DURABILITY】 Wrapped in 100% natural, high-quality sisal rope from top to bottom. The material is odor-free, and highly wear-resistant, ensuring a long-lasting scratching surface that withstands vigorous daily clawing while being safe for your pets.
